Each app does one job. None of them tries to do everything.

Your data lives on your device and works with no connection at all. Syncing is a switch you turn on.

There is no advertising, no third-party tracking, and no profile of you anywhere.

Separate by design
Every app has its own database and its own accounts. Using one tells the others nothing.
