These terms cover this website. It is run by Donkeyshin, LLC, referred to below as “I”. They are written to be read, not survived.

Each app has its own terms

Every Donkeyshin app is a separate product with its own terms, and those are the ones that govern the app.

Anything about subscriptions, trials, billing, refunds, or what happens to your data is set out there rather than here. When an app is published, its terms are linked from its own website and from its store listing.

Nothing on this page grants you a licence to any app. Nothing here changes an app’s terms.

Using this website

You may read this website, link to it, and quote from it with attribution.

Do not attempt to attack it, overload it, or use it to break the law. Do not use the contact form to send bulk or unsolicited email.

The text and design of this site belong to Donkeyshin, LLC. So do the Donkeyshin name and mark.

The contact form

The form is there so you can reach a person. I read what arrives and answer when I can.

I cannot promise a reply, or a reply within any particular time. Do not send anything urgent, confidential, or sensitive through it. Once it arrives it is ordinary email.

The website is provided as it is

I work to keep this website accurate and available. I cannot promise it will be free of faults or that it will never be unavailable.

Nothing on this website is professional, legal, or financial advice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the liability of Donkeyshin, LLC arising out of this website is limited to one hundred United States dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

An app’s own terms carry their own limit, and that is the one that applies to the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
